If you can't remember your password you have three options: 

1. Hover over your profile icon located in the menu header to the far right > Select Settings >  Scroll down to password section and either create a new one or select 'forgot password' > check your email on file for reset instructions 

2. Access the membership login page > Select 'forgot password > check your email on file for reset instructions 

3. Email [email protected] and we will send you a temporary pw with reset instructions

You have two options :

1. Visit your subscription profile HERE > You'll be prompted to enter your email address associated with your membership > you'll then receive an email with a profile access link to update any billing information

2. Search for a recent Thrive Cart subscription invoice / recurring payment confirmation in your email inbox and select 'Click here to manage your billing details and purchase history' at the bottom of the invoice

Email [email protected] letting us know you would like to upgrade your subscription to the next tier. We will cancel your existing subscription and send you a link to enroll in the new tier. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle any amount already paid will be prorated and refunded.

Email [email protected] letting us know you would like to continue your enrollment and we will send you a link to re-enroll at the discounted membership price
